Here are introductions of the therapies that Else
incorporates into Combined Therapies
|
EmmetT therapy
|
|
The Emmett Technique is a unique and effective body
therapy to ease pain and discomfort. The technique involves
the application of light pressure at particular points
and in sequences that enables a gentle physical release
of muscle groups.
This release enhances a realignment of the body and
improves stability.
