"I used to have a severe headache and stiff neck due to my TMJ disorder, as well as fatigue problem. My dentist has worked on fixing my teeth and jaw problem while Else worked on my head, neck and the rest of my body to rebalance my posture and structural alignment using combined therapies. Else has "magic fingers" and a gentle touch that brought miraculous results. After every treatment with her I always feel re-energized and I can feel that my body is opening up and straightening.
What really amazes me is how with such a gentle and painless touch Else has managed to heal my body, while no other physiotherapist or body worker that I've tried before has been able to do so. "I'm a Salsa dancer and avid athlete but sadly I hurt several of my right leg muscles due to over-exercising and was not been able to recover for almost 2 years. I tried all kinds of treatments but nothing gave me such amazing results as my treatments with Else. More importantly though, she not only improved my physical state but also my mental state. Prior to meeting Else I was really depressed because I hadn't been bale to dance or exercise for over a year due to my injury. I spent that whole year crying almost every night, unable to fall asleep due to the sadness and eventually I even started thinking about suicide. This was the worst time of my life. And to be honest, I had NEVER been depressed before. And then things got even worse! After all the suffering, one day out of nowhere, my knee popped when I was getting out of bed and suddenly I had excruciating knee pain. So now I was left with chronic hamstring, groin and hip pain as well as knee pain SO BAD, that I couldn't even stand. By the time I discovered Else's clinic, I was a complete mess both physically and even more so mentally. But Else changed all of that. First of, I must admit that I abused my body and didn't rest when the first injury happened. I kep going back to dancing way too soon and re-injuring myself. So what did Else do? She was a tough cookie and scolded me for being so bad to my body. And you know what? That was EXACTLY what I needed. Finally someone set me straight! But she wasn't all tough, she was also extremely nurturing and empathetic. I immediately felt a sense of relief and trust for Else. After giving the emotional support, she began to treat me with her combined therapies and I was amazed at the results. After the first treatment, I immediately felt more balanced both emotionally and physically. And the next day my knee pain reduced by about 60%; it was like a miracle. Then the followng day the knee pain came back again but I didn't get down about it because Else helped me to strengthen my mind. As such, I patiently waited for my next treatment with her. To make a long story short. By the 4th treatment my knee pain was COMPLETELY gone. I was flabbergasted! My other injuries also drastically improved but unfortunately since I dont' live in Singapore and had to go back home to Korea, I didn't have enough time to continue treatments. Currently I feel a 100 times better and am booking a flight back to Singapore just so I can see Else again. She is THAT amazing!!! Most people and even my doctors in Korea have never heard of the therapies that Else does and couldn't believe my amazing results, or even more so, the fact that I am paying $600 just to fly back to see her for two more treatments (especially considering the fact I am not rich), but she is worth it!!!

nerve. Together with other disciplines I experienced and took on board during the months of my '

"My 12 year old son was diagnosed with bulging discs and fibromyalgia in September last year,
however after a trip to the UK and a three day course in the Lightening Process he was feeling much
better but still had lower back pain and a chronic headache that was with him 24/7 . My lovely
outgoing sporty boy was beginning to feel very down and going to school and doing the activities
that he loved was exhausting. He had a myriad of tests by a number of doctors and treatments by a
chiropractor but nobody seemed to be able to offer any relief until we found Else! I still cant believe

"Since she was 7 our daughter Emily (she is now 10) had been suffering from knee and hip pain that
no one could explain. A reduced hip movement was discovered during a routine doctor's visit which
prompted further examination. She had x-rays, ultrasounds and many examinations from varied
specialists both in our home country and in Singapore. Although most specialist could see there was
a problem each one had a different opinion. Worst of all, no one could help her with the increasing
pain she suffered. As time went on she started walking with great difficulty and had to refrain from
many of the physical activities that she loves. Many nights she was kept awake from the pain and
our frustration of not being able to help our daughter started to take its toll on everyone in the
family. At times we were worried sick about her situation and we began to fear for her future.
Luckily we were introduced to Else and Emily started to have sessions 2 times a week. At first the
relief would only last half a day or a whole day. As her pain and her stiffness was so bad and had
been like that for so long we were just relieved that finally something was helping our daughter. A
half or a whole day of reduced pain was such a big relief to all of us that although the pain reduction
seemed short lived it was all worth it to us. However, as time went by the pain reduction would last
longer to the extend that she is now totally pain free and fully active again. She walks normally and

"A friend of mine recommended Else to me. I was in severe pain due to a degenerated disc in my
owner back, and the intense chiropractic treatment I was given, made me even worse. So I visited
Else in a very bad state. I had stiffened up and could barely sit down. My first meeting with her was
a conversation, because Else wanted the whole story of my back pains, and also to inform me about
her own approach. I decided to stop the chiropractic treatment, choosing Else's softer combined
therapy. She said, she might be able to help me improve within 5-7 treatments. This was contrary to
the chiropractor, who said I had to forever stop running, playing tennis and horseback riding, which I
loved. This made me of course very sad, as I pictured a very dull life ahead of me....

"I am amazed!
In May I fell off a horse and landed right back on my back and injured my T11 vertebrae of the spine.
I was hospitalised for some time and on my return to Singpaore I contacted Else to see how I should
